Cena recognizes the importance of quality. Every appetizer we sell is made from scratch in our kitchen. These are the incredible appetizers that we have.

•  Goat Cheese, Pesto and Sun Dried Tomato Terrine- This incredible appetizer created a “buzz” at this year’s “Christmas in November” at Jasper Park Lodge. This rich appetizer has a festive presentation and will wow your guests with flavour. If you want to create an impact with your friends or family, show up with this!  $16.00   (serves 6-8)
  

• Almond Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Dates- These little morsels of flavour will surprise everyone. The crunchy almond in combination with the sweet date and smoky bacon is the perfect combination. This will be an entertaining favourite for years to come. On skewers with a total of 24 pieces. $20.00

• Bruschetta- Toasted baguette topped with chopped tomato, and mozzarella cheese. $10.00 (serves 6-10)

• Curried Chicken Bites- A delectable combination of white chicken chunks, curry and celery served on baguette rounds. $10.00 (serves 6-8)

• Shrimp & Linguica- A large shrimp & linguica are on toothpicks ready to be cooked. These delightful morsels of flavor are covered in 8 different spices. Sold per dozen. $15.00

• Thai Meatballs in a Satay Peanut Sauce- These hand rolled meatballs are made with hoisin, fresh cilantro & served with a rich peanut satay sauce. $14.00 for 1.5 dozen

• Crab & Cheddar, and Quiche Lorraine- Rich quiches are made with crab, sour cream & cheddar cheese in sweet pastry shells. Traditional Quiche Lorraine are made with smoky bacon, cheddar cheese & shallots- also made in sweet pastry shells. $10.00 per dozen

• Roasted Red Pepper Spread- Smoky red peppers blended with cream cheese and herbs, served with crisp pita wedges. $8.95 (serves 4-6)

• Sun Dried Tomato Hummus- The great taste of garlicy hummus combined with the hint of tomato, make this the perfect appetizer. Served with crackers. $10.00 (serves 8-10)
