Butter-Poached Prawns: Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking. Drain any excess water from the prawns. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan that has been heated to medium-high heat. Sauté: the prawns for 5-8 minutes. Add the contents of the sauce bag and cook 5-7 minutes longer until liquid is reduced or internal temperature reaches 165º.
