Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking. Grill: pre-heat grill on low to 225º -250º. Cook for approximately 3-4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165º. Water soaked wood chips may be added to the grill for additional smoke flavor. Heat remaining sauce in a small pan. Bake: same heat and time as grilling, but baste with sauce. Crockpot: Add sauce and meat to crock and cook on low 6-8 hours. To serve shred meat onto buns and cover with sauce. Serve with Cena's sesame buns and purchased fries with gorgonzola dipping sauce.
