Basa with a Lemon Cream Sauce

Description:

Basa, a mild white fish, is pan fried and finished with a delicate lemon cream sauce. This is a wonderful light fish to introduce seafood to your kids! Served with Cena's Lemon Herb Rice. Purchase Cena's Aspargus to complete your meal. Packaged in a bag. Serves 4 or 2. (4 or 2 very large filets). Kid Friendly.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw 1-2 days in the refrigerator to cook. Heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Cook filets 2-3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Remove from heat and place filets on a serving platter. Meanwhile, heat contents of sauce bag in a small pan on medium heat. Whisk sauce and heat for approximately 5-7 minutes until thickened. Serve sauce drizzled over the filets. Garnish with your fresh lemon.
