Santa Fé Chicken & Cumin Infused Rice

Description:

Santa Fé meaning "Saint Faith" is famous for its native foods. This dish represents New Mexico's soul food at its best combining chicken breasts, whole kernel corn, green pepper, whole black beans and Southwestern spices, served with our Cumin Infused Rice & Monterray Jack Cheese. Packaged in a bag. Definitely Kid Friendly if spice is adjusted. Less than 3g fat per serving.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking.  Spray oil in a sauté pan.  Sauté: chicken on medium heat for approximately 5-7 minutes per side, until browned.  Add veggies and cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through and internal temperature reaches 165º.  Sprinkle each portion with Jack cheese before serving. Serve with honey cream cheese that has been warmed to room temperature on the side of each place along with Mexican rice.

Accompaniments: Cena's Mexican rice and your coleslaw.
