"Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet with a lid. Brown pork loin chops in oil approximately 2 minutes per side. Remove to a plate and keep warm. In the same pan saute onion & apple mixture approximately 4 minutes, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Return pork loin chops to pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Sauce can be reduced by removing pork loin chops and cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150º and onions are caramelized.. Pour sauce over pork loins and sprinkle pecans on top for garnish.
