Bring the Island of Jamaica to you! Fresh green peppers and onions are part of this fresh Mango Cilantro sauce and layered over chicken breasts while seasoned with traditional Jamaican herbs. Served with Jasmine Rice. 6 or 3 (5oz chicken breasts)
Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking. Sauté: chicken breasts in 1 Tablespoon olive oil until lightly browned, approximately 5-7 minutes per side. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Add contents of the sauce bag and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165º. Serve over rice.
