This is a perfect meal to cook on a cool Fall night! It's quick & absolutely delicious. Lean pork chops are sautéed with onion, fresh apples and garlic and then finished with a rosemary cream sauce. Served with our outstanding Tuscan Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Packaged in a bag. Kid Friendly.
Thaw 1-2 days in refrigerator before cooking. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet with a lid. Brown pork loin chops in oil approximately 2 minutes per side. Remove to a plate and keep warm. In the same pan saute onion & apple mixture approximately 4 minutes, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Return pork loin chops to pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Sauce can be reduced by removing pork loin chops and cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150º and onions are caramelized. Pour sauce over pork loins and sprinkle pecans on top for garnish.
