 Cena is owned by local family; Kim, Dwight & their son Zachary. When Kim was on maternity leave in 2005, she found it difficult to manage the struggles with balancing her time as a new mom, wife and daily life. Trying to come up with healthy and delicious meals was a challenge each and every day.

After a great deal of research, Kim realized that the Meal Preparation Industry was an area she was very interested in bringing into her local community; Sherwood Park.

We all know the importance of providing your family with wholesome, nutritious meals as an essential part of your family's health and well-being. It is difficult trying to maintain a balance in our often challenging and active lifestyles.

Many of us, who don't always have the time to shop, prepare, cook and clean up afterwards, have made sacrifices to our nourishment and offended our taste buds with dissatisfying fast foods. These foods are high in saturated fats, sodium, preservatives and fillers. At Cena we can help you avoid the fast food trap.
